RETURN POLICY

Following is Grizzly Coolers return policy for all purchases made through our internet site:

A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 15 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original box. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

After 15 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original box. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.

 To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return.

Grizzly Coolers uses United States Postal Service, UPS SurePost, and UPS Ground, or LTL truck freight line to ship orders.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders shipped via LTL freight are subject to additional charges per item. Customers are responsible for all residential delivery surcharges and lift-gate charges when shipped by LTL.

THINGS TO KNOW

To qualify for FREE or $7.99 flat-rate shipping, any items within your order MUST NOT be LTL.

  • FREE or $7.99 flat-rate shipping applies only to locations in the contiguous United States.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally are not eligible for FREE or $7.99 flat-rate shipping.

DEFINITION OF COMMERCIAL ADDRESS

Commercial addresses are those defined by our freight carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. Most commercial sites have tractor-trailer access and a loading dock.

DEFINITION OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS

The fact that a business is being operated from a location does not qualify it as a commercial address. Any business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a residential address. In most cases, our freight carrier will contact you to make an appointment before delivery is attempted to a residential address.

COMMON CARRIER DELIVERY OPTIONS

Commercial Address without Liftgate Service

To qualify for this rate the address must meet the terms of a commercial address, as defined above. In most cases, it will also have tractor-trailer access with a loading dock suitable for unloading with a pallet jack or forklift.

Commercial Address with Liftgate Service

To qualify for this rate, the address must meet the terms of a commercial address, as defined above. Liftgate delivery is provided for those businesses not equipped with a loading dock. There is an additional fee for liftgate service. Please be sure to select this service during checkout.

Residential Address without Liftgate Service

This shipping method should be chosen with extreme caution. Most residential areas are not suitable for delivery without a liftgate. The driver, in most cases, will NOT be able to assist with the unloading of the shipment. Please remember that it is solely your responsibility to remove the shipment from the truck. Items shipped via common carrier are typically large and heavy. Please have the necessary manpower available to receive your items with limited delay to the driver.

Residential Address with Liftgate Service

Most residential deliveries via common carrier should choose this method. Freight carriers prevent their drivers from assisting with the unloading of heavy equipment other than to lower it via the liftgate to ground level. Please have the necessary manpower available to receive your items with limited delay to the driver. There is an additional fee for liftgate service. Please be sure to select this service during check-out.

If you do not have the equipment to offload certain oversize items from the delivery truck, a truck with a lift gate must be assigned for delivery of your order and additional charges will apply. The lift-gate charge covers the cost of this special delivery. A freight company usually contacts you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to make lift-gate arrangements. DELIVERY TIMES

Your Grizzly order will typically ship in one to two business days. However, please allow up to 10 BUSINESS days for your order to ship based which product(s) you choose.
