OFFICIAL RULES

The Grizzly Insiders Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins at 12:00:00 am (Central) on October 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (Central) on October 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than October 28, 2026.

This Giveaway is sponsored by Iowa Rotocast Plastics, Inc. d/b/a Grizzly Coolers, 1712 Moellers Drive, Decorah, Iowa 52101 (the "Sponsor"). The Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules. By entering, all entrants agree they have read these Official Rules and will abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are the age of majority or older in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Parties"), the immediate families of such employees (defined as parent, child, sibling and spouse) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside the United States, in Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods have an equal chance of winning, and entries received by either method will be combined for the random drawing.

Method 1 – Grizzly Insiders Subscriber Entry: Each eligible individual who is an active, paid Grizzly Insiders subscriber at any time during the Entry Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Method 2 – Free Mail-In Entry: To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper, and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than October 28, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or late entries will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due or damaged mail. A mail-in entry receives the same one (1) entry as a subscriber entry.

No purchase or subscription necessary to enter or win. A purchase or subscription will not increase your chances of winning.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) total entry per person, regardless of entry method. If an individual enters by both methods, only one (1) entry will be counted.

You must have a valid email address to enter. Sponsor's computer timeclock is the official timekeeper for all Giveaway purposes. Use of any automated system to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and will result in disqualification, and all associated entries may be voided.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) Grizzly 60 cooler in the color of the winner's choice, subject to availability.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) each: $349.99

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,049.97

If a winner's chosen color is unavailable, the winner may select another available color. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes consist only of the items specifically listed. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the prize or incurred in accepting and using the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be shipped free of charge to the winner's mailing address in the United States.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value. All tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor (a) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, other than the standard manufacturer's warranty, and (b) disclaims any implied warranty. Once awarded, Sponsor shall have no liability whatsoever for the prize or the use or misuse of the prize by the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

On November 1, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received by either entry method. Each potential winner will be notified by email (and by telephone, if a number was provided) on or before November 3, 2026.

To claim the prize, a potential winner must reply to the notification within three (3) business days after it is sent, confirming their mailing address and chosen cooler color. For winners notified on November 3, 2026, the response deadline is 11:59:59 pm (Central) on November 6, 2026.

A potential winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, if the potential winner: (a) does not respond within three (3) business days after the notification is sent; (b) fails to return any requested release or other documentation within the time specified; (c) is found ineligible; or (d) is otherwise found to be in violation of these Official Rules. Any alternate winners will be selected on or about November 9, 2026 and will have the same three (3) business days to respond. This process will continue until all prizes are awarded or no eligible entries remain.

To be declared a winner, each potential winner may be required, at Sponsor's discretion, to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release. Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to contact a potential winner, emails caught in spam filters, or changes in an entrant's email address or phone number.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced on or about November 16, 2026, after all prizes have been claimed, by email to Grizzly Insiders subscribers and on Sponsor's website and/or social media channels. If additional alternate drawings are needed, the announcement may be delayed until all prizes are awarded. Winners may be identified by first name, last initial, and state. Prizes will ship within five to seven (5–7) weeks after the winner's claim is confirmed.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state, and statements for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, approval or limitation.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by both entry methods during the Entry Period. Each eligible entrant may win only one (1) prize.

General

The Giveaway is subject to these complete Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. All decisions made by Sponsor are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway and cannot be appealed.

By participating and/or accepting a prize, entrants and winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and the Social Platforms (including, without limitation, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities), and each of their respective directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents, advertising and promotion entities, prize suppliers, fulfillment agencies and any person or entity associated with the production or administration of the Giveaway or the awarding of prizes (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, bodily injury, personal injury, death, disability and property damage), costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, settlement and disbursements) directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway and/or the redemption, awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse, loss or misdirection of a prize, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages (unless such waiver is otherwise prohibited by the winner's state of legal residence).

Releasees are not liable to any winner or other person for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof by reason of any act of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, pandemic or any similar or dissimilar event beyond Releasees' reasonable control.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or violating or attempting to violate these Official Rules. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; or (iv) any printing, human, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway or the awarding of prizes.

Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Giveaway, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway.

Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

Disputes

Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and the laws of the United States applicable therein. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by the appropriate courts of Iowa. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Iowa and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Giveaway and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Use of Data

All information submitted by entrants will be used for the purposes outlined herein and otherwise treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://grizzlycoolers.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Giveaway and providing personal contact information, entrants agree to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Social Media

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social platform (collectively, "Social Platform(s)"). You understand that you are providing information to Sponsor and not to any Social Platform.
