The King of Spring Giveaway begins April 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm
(Central) on April 26, 2026 (“Entry Period”). This giveaway is sponsored by
Iowa Rotocast Plastics, Inc., 1712 Moellers Drive, Decorah, Iowa 52101 (the
"Sponsor"). The giveaway shall be subject to these Official Rules and
by entering, all entrants agree they have read these Official Rules and will
abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions herein. 

ELIGIBILITY: 
This giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United
States and Canada (excluding Hawaii and Quebec) who are the age of majority or
older in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of
Sponsor, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and
agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and the families of employees
(defined as parent, child, sibling and spouses) and those living in the
household of same (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.
All federal, state, provincial and local rules and regulations apply. Void
outside the United States and Canada, inside Quebec and Hawaii, and where
prohibited or restricted by law. 

HOW TO ENTER: 
To enter, participants must visit the giveaway site at www.grizzlycoolers.com/giveaway and
fill out/submit an official entry form during the Entry Period. You must have a
valid email address to enter. Following the Entry Period, Sponsor will select
the potential winner from all eligible entries received at random. Sponsor’s
computer timeclock is the timekeeper for all giveaway purposes. 

Use of any automated system to
participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and will result in
disqualification and all associated entries may be voided. 

In the event of a dispute as to the
identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be
declared by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the
time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider,
online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational,
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted email address.

Sponsors
reserves the right at their sole discretion to substitute any element of a
prize with another prize of equal or greater value for any reason. By accepting
a prize, the prize winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Releasees,
from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in
the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize in question. 

A Grizzly Coolers representative will
attempt to contact the potential winner of a prize one time by the email
address provided in the entry within five (5) business days of being selected.
If a potential winner (a) does not respond to the prize notice within two (2)
business days of being selected; (b) fails to correctly answer the mathematical
skill testing question if applicable (see below); (c) fails to return any
requested properly executed release form or other documentation or information
within the specified time; or (d) is otherwise found to be in violation of
these rules, then he/she may be disqualified and another potential winner may
be selected from among the eligible entrants until such time as a winner is
declared or there are no more eligible entrants.  The Sponsor will not be
responsible for failed attempts to contact a potential winner or for changes in
an entrant’s email address.

To be declared a winner, each selected
entrant may be required to sign and return Declaration and Release Documents as
described below, at Sponsor’s discretion.

Potential Canadian resident winners
must answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a
mathematical skill testing question posed by Sponsor via telephone.

Prizes consist only of items
specifically listed as part of the prize or as agreed upon by Sponsor in
writing. Certain conditions and restrictions may apply, specifically including
without limitation any restrictions listed on, or provided with, the prize. All
costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the prize or incurred in
accepting and using the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

All prizes must be accepted as awarded
without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash
surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the prize
(or portion thereof) cannot be awarded as described for any reason whatsoever,
to substitute another prize of equal or greater value. Once awarded to the
winner, the Sponsor shall have no liability whatsoever for the prize or the use
or misuse of the prize by the winner. All tax liabilities are the responsibility
of the winner.  Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except
where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, place of
business, biography, statements, and any other similar materials for marketing,
promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, approvals
or any limitation. 

 Sponsor (a) makes no warranty,
guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion
thereof), and (b) disclaims any implied warranty.

ODDS: 
The odds of winning the prize depend on total number of eligible entries
received prior to the end of the Entry Period.       
   

GENERAL: 
Giveaway is subject to these complete Official Rules.  By participating,
entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules; and (ii) to
waive any right to claim ambiguity in the giveaway or these Official
Rules.  All decisions made by Sponsor are final in all matters relating to
giveaway and cannot be appealed. 

By participating and/or accepting a
prize, winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and the
social platforms (including, without limitation, their respective parents,
subsidiaries and affiliated entities), and their respective direct and indirect
subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective directors, employees,
officers, franchisees, licensees, licensors and agents,  advertising and
promotion entities, prize suppliers, fulfillment agencies and any person or
entity associated with the production or administration of the giveaway or the
awarding of prizes, (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against
any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses or damages of any
kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, bodily injury, personal injury,
death, disability and property damage), costs and expenses (including, without
limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, settlement and
disbursements) directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with their
participation in the giveaway and/or the redemption, awarding, receipt and/or
use or misuse, loss or misdirection of prize or any portion of a prize and
participation in any prize‑related activities and hereby waive all rights to
claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages (unless such waiver is
otherwise prohibited by the winner’s state of legal residence). 

Releasees are not liable to winner or
any other person for failure to supply a prize or any part hereof by reasons of
any act of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or
quasi-government entity, equipment failure, terrorist, acts, earthquake, war,
fire, flood, explosion, severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike
(whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation
interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection,
riot, pandemic or any similar or dissimilar event beyond Releasees’ reasonable
control. 

Sponsor reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the giveaway or violating or attempting to violate these Official
Rules.  The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed,
stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or
unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method
of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware,
software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections,
disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft,
destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials;
or (iv) any printing, human, typographical, administrative or technological
errors in any materials associated with the giveaway or the awarding of prize.
 

Sponsor disclaims any liability for
damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, accessing or
downloading information in connection with this giveaway, and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway should
a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes
beyond Sponsor’s control, corrupt the administration, security or proper
operation of the giveaway.  

Sponsor may prohibit you from
participating in the giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it
determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the
giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices
of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor
representatives.   

DISPUTES: 
Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability
of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota
and the laws of the USA applicable therein. All disputes arising out of or
connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually, and without resort
to class action, exclusively by the appropriate courts of Minnesota. 
Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts
of the judicial district of Minnesota and waive any claim of forum non
conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have. All judgments or
awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding
attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this giveaway and shall not
include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.  

CAUTION: ANY
ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN
DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY.  SHOULD SUCH AN
ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
(INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL
PROSECUTION.

USE OF DATA: All
information submitted by entrants will be used for the purposes outlined herein
and otherwise treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available athttps://grizzlycoolers.com/pages/privacy-policy. 
By participating in the giveaway and providing any personal contact
information, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their
personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s
Privacy Policy.  Submitting entry into this giveaway provides consent to
share email information to all sponsoring parties included in the giveaway, as
well as consent to provide additional opportunities to increase number of
entries with purchase of product.

SOCIAL MEDIA: 
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/LinkedIn, etc. (collectively, “Social Platform(s)”).
You understand that you are providing information to Sponsor and not to the
applicable Social Platform.
