Blind Warranty Information
Grizzly Coolers, LLC warrants Grizzly Blinds to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime from the date of original purchase for the original purchaser only. Accessories and windows are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description warranted here. If warranty applies, Grizzly shall either repair the product/component or provide you with a replacement product/component if it proves defective under the terms of this warranty at sole discretion of Grizzly Coolers.
To be eligible for product warranty, original owner must complete the product warranty registration form online at www.grizzlycoolers.com within 30 days of date of purchase. Owner must present original proof of purchase to obtain warranty service. The warranty is not transferable. Dealers, service centers or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty.
This warranty is not valid if the product or components have been:
- Damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect.
- Damaged in an accident.
- Unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended.
- Repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration.
- Damaged due to any act of nature (ie: high winds, storms, floods, or damage caused by animals etc.,).
Normal wear and tear, including dents, slight warping, scratches, discoloration, fading, graphics that lose adhesion, and improper installation are not covered under this warranty. Loss of parts or components removed from the product is not covered under the terms of this warranty. Grizzly is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. Grizzly reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the possession of dealers or consumers. Blinds repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. Please carefully review the care instructions manual for proper use and care of your Grizzly product.
Damaged products must be returned directly to Grizzly Coolers, freight prepaid at customer’s expense. Please include a copy of original sales receipt and the return authorization number with the product. To obtain a Return Authorization number, fill out the form below:
